One minute I have it the next it and the cats are gone. What's the deal, how do I get them and keep them?

I just heard back from the Studio and unfortunately, they are not able to add the Cats back to your account... Really sorry about that :-(
I have added some Gold Bars to your account though, you will find them next time you access the game... I hope that helps to make you feel better a little.

I agree with Chicken Slayer... Pretty sure that's the reason. However, still waiting for confirmation from the Studio. I'll let you know as soon as I have some info for you, Brandi.

In my honest opinion I think the bean stalk tests is so much smaller than the house. I don't see many of my friends with the bean stalk
The reason you might have it on one device and not the other is because one of the tests the team runs is by device. So it might be one device is the test and one isn't.
I don't have it either.
I just don't understand how I could have it on one but not the other. Especially considering how far up in the game I am, that I've waited for Year to get it!
The cats along with the bean stalk showed up one day. I got excited because after waiting for what seemed like forever, I finally got it. I went up to the bean stalk and built a chair. I left Stellas house and went back to the game while I waited for it to finish.When I went back it was gone. Sometimes if I signed off and went back into play it would start me out one level 1. After playing a few levels, I would sign back in and have it. Until I left stellas home. Then it was gone. I never even had a chance to use one of the cats.I used a different email on my phone and got the cats. My original game is on my tablet, I'm on level 391 there. Where I'm being told to relax and wait for new levels to come again.
Hello Brandi1122,And thanks Chicken Slayer for pointing this to me. @Brandi1122, as Chicken Slayer says, that kind of situation (you have the cats and then you don't have them anymore) can happen with testing - I completely understand that this is not convenient but unfortunately, we have no control over it. However, this might be different than testing. Do the Cats sometimes re-appear or they just disappeared and never came back? Anyhow, I'm checking the situation with the Studio and will give you an update as soon as I hear back.Until then, have a bubble-icious day!- Mia

Hi, I am sorry, its hard to quite get what is said sometimes. I think I understand now.
The official team line is that it is all in testing. But you obviously had a little bit more. That could possibly have been an error on the games part, it might be that you were not part of that group and shouldn't have been able to upgrade the part that then went missing. In which case either way it was a fault.
I will pass this over to the moderator as even if it was just a case of you were not part of the test group, you should be compensated for the pixie dust you used. That is not fair. Leave it with me I will add it to her list for tomorrow

I had the cats and the bean stalk on my old game. The first one I've played for a long time. I kept being told to relax while the new levels were coming. I've waited for well over a year. Then one day it showed up. I had the new stuff, until I went back to the game while I waited for the item I was building with pixie dust to get done. I would then go back to click ready once it showed I had something ready. I would go back to Stellas house and it wouldn't be there. It told me to relax and wait again!
I feel cheated since I've wasted pixie dust a d now it's gone again!
Its because sometimes its device, sometimes its location, sometimes its nothing but chosen as random.
The reason why you have it on one but not the other is likely because you are using two different emails so therefore two different accounts. And sometimes they vanish because they switch the testing groups around
I have on game with one email on my phone and the other email on my tablet. I can play either game.
I didn't start my original game over. I kept that on my tablet.
I made the new one on my phone to see what would happen.
I wish someone knew for sure why I can habe it one minute and not the next. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried updating and nothing
Hi Brandi, if you started on a different email then that's why the levels are different as its a new game to your usual. The reason you might have the cats on one and not the other is completely random because of the tests. I know in our household, out of 3 of us who play the same games, we never have the same tests at the same time despite using the same ip etc.

Why would I get them on a new email, and not my older one. I'm on way different levels in each as well.

Basically the cats and the house are in testing phases so because they are set to random players, they can be moved around any time. And to make it harder, there are different variations of the tests too. So that's likely what is happening
