im on level 67 and its asking me to activate a bonus. the activate button isnt working and it wont let me go back and continue the game without the bonus!

Going to Facebook and loading the game then coming back to my laptop and loading the game seem to fix the error! Thank you both so much for your help!

Here's what another player did and it solved his issue:
On Desktop:
Here is how I "fixed" the cats and now I have been able to access them:
1) Opened BW3 Saga on Windows 10 and clicked the "Connect" to connect to facebook account so progress is saved to facebook.
Then, once the map loaded, and without playing the game, closed the app on Windows 10.
2) Using Google Chrome, went to BW3 Saga on facebook (I googled this to find the version that is on facebook)
3) Logged into Facebook
4) Opened up game, and sure enough, it showed the level I was frozen on
5) Activated the cat on the facebook page
6) Exited facebook
7) Went back to Windows 10 app
8) Cats are now activated!

Hi Kathy, have you access to a mobile device you can add the game on? Another player said that they installed it on a phone, synced to Facebook then it allowed them to open it. Once open the pc version sorted itself out
I have the same exact problem on the same level (67) and I am playing on my windows 10 laptop Version 1803 Build 1713.48 if that helps?

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
