Gold Pins and Problems with purchases

I’ve been reading up and see that it looks like the gold pins mean absolutely nothing. What a disappointment. Also I’ve had issues with purchasing the help options using gold bars I have already purchased but the purchased help items never show up but my gold bars are reduced. Contacted support and all they say is to show the original bar purchase. That wasn’t my problem. Again another disappointment but it doesn’t seem that customer “care” doesn’t really care about it. Also has anyone else noticed the bubble coming up changing color and forcing you to have an unsuccessful hit or to not complete a round that otherwise would have been completed if the color hadn’t changed? Love the game but constantly feel like I’m getting shafted.

Hi Queen Mia, I thought that was it as it does it with the final bubbles, but sometimes I noticed that it switched colours even though there was still that colour on the board. Its only on the switchable levels though?

Let me first make sure I understand your issue: Could you please clarify what you mean by "help option" and "help item"? Are you referring to the 5 extra moves you can purchase for 9 Gold Bars at the end of a level? 

That would be helpful for me to see exactly what you tried to purchase and what you are missing so I can help you in the best way. 

Also, regarding the bubbles changing color: I have never seen that and I haven't heard of any players having the same issue. Could you please let me know which levels it happened at? And when exactly the bubble changed color (was it before or after you launched it)?
