Sent Lives NOT registering

Lives from friends aren't registering Full Amount... Claim 5 - Only receiving 1 or Nil .... Only started since New *Fairy Quest* started....

Hi Deb, can you tell me which device you are playing on? I know Facebook has an issue with lives at the moment, or any request and its not limited to just king games either. We will start with some troubleshooting though

I use PC & Facebook - Lives still aren't registering & now Upgrading housing etc isnt registering either.... Its not Cache or any of the Usual fixes - and issues started when the *20 Star Gift* Bonus Started....
