Why cant i claim my trickies party rewards?

I've added 2 boosters, some fairy dust and Gold bars to your account and I can see it's been added when you logged in via you android yesterday morning (CET time at least).

Hey @Chicken_Slayer and @QueenMia after I re-installed my game to get my rewards all my medals back are to 50 start dust instead of 4500

Are you linked to the Kingdom instead @noctule, if not, I suggest you do that first to save progress before anything

If I reinstall the game will I lose my progress? I prefer not to link my account to facebook.

hi @noctule as soon as you have used your boosters up, you need to uninstall the game, reboot and reinstall it and all should be back to normal. Don't do it before you have used the boosters though as they are saved on your device and won't be able to be restored

It is on the list as far as I know and I know its frustrating. I have had this happen as well, but this is the only workaround at the moment. Hopefully once you have done it, it will work properly next time

Hi Queen Mia Thanks for getting back to me. I see that you have added a small booster to my account and I appreciate you making this gesture. However, the tricksies party claim is still stuck on my account. I wanted to know when this problem will be fixed. I really enjoyed the tricksies party feature and now I can't play it anymore as it is frozen. I have tried contacting customer service about it twice and all I get back is an automated email talking about game freezes and facebook. It's incredibly disappointing. Are there any updates on this?

Thank you for replying@vitavoice , sometimes the games gets confused if playing on more than one device so I wanted to rule that out, can you find your player ID for me and I will let the CM know

How to find player ID

the only way way to clear it at this time is to uninstall reboot your phone and reinstall, then she will be able to send you your rewards and it will be gone

use any existing boosters you have first though as they will be lost.

Hey Alyssa,

Seems like something is not responsive in your game. The best is to reinstall the game. You can take a screenshot of your progress and boosters and if you lose anything in the process, I'll add it right back to your account together with the Tricksies reward.

The special event "Get stars to light lanterns" just finished. I managed to get into second place and was still there 15 mins before the event finished. When I went back to get my rewards it said I was at level 50!!! Please help.

I reinstalled the game and everything is up to date and the tricksies game is gone but I didn't get the rewards from it

The last time i looked which was last night we had completed 4 of the 5 levels and we had 245 candies left to collect on level 5. And this morning when i looked it was gone and i did not get anything, i even tried logging out and log in again but nothing.

So i’d like my rewards please.

I didnt recieve my prizes for trixies or fair dash. I lost my boosters reinstling the game also

Trixies i was on the last chest and it disappeared. Fairy dash i was number 1 and it restarted a new on.

I can not open the boxes from the Trixie Party. The game jumps back to the home screen on its own. That I do not receive my gifts, however, does not happen for the first time, but every time I turn to the customer service, comes only the useless information that I could get help in the Blog.

The best is to make sure you always have the latest game/App version and clear cache and cookies regularly. This helps prevent against malfunctions.

Thanks for posting! I'm really sorry but we're having some issues with the Tricksies. I can add your reward to your game, but for that I'll need your game ID please. To find it:

- Open the game App.

- Tap on the left bottom corner and click on the orange icon.

- DOUBLE TAP on the King logo on the top of the pop up and you will see the ID.
