Missing boosters and daily prizes (FIXED)

Due to internet issues i was not able to.collect prizes when completing 680.. tried to redo level after internet issue fixed and still wont allow me to collect.. fairy dash not resetting for next world .. stuck at 680

I have some good news for you today. The Studio has released a fix so simply clear cache and cookies from your browser and you'll be able to receive your boosters again

Hi all,

@ptgator - I've added Gold bars to your account last week so you can purchase the missing boosters. I only can add boosters to your mobile device and therefore won't be able to add anything on your desktop.

@Kellye, @karin0626, @Nancy_L_2_2, @foof, @aliensage - I have added Gold to your account so you can purchase the boosters instead. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@Hakya, @blaze9466 - We know there are issues with the Tricksies rewards and are working on it. There's a thread for it, please comment there with your Game Id and I'll add them to your game.

The Booster issue is now fixed so I will close this thread. If there's anything regarding the Tricksies rewards please comment here.

Unfortunately today - Jan 11- none of the prizes for the Tricksie bonus game registered. So while the daily booster from Maggie worked, the bonus game prizes are not working...

YAY! For the first time in many weeks I am finally getting my boosters again on my laptop. We'll see how long it lasts.

I am up to level 952, and have the same problem! It will not release prizes (says I have no internet connection), and has not reset. Been there for WEEKS!

I appreciate the little bit of gold that you have given me, but that does not replace all the boosters that I had. The game is still messed up for about 3 weeks now, and still not getting any boosters for daily prize, or any of the challenges.

I won first place in the race on level 620 and i didn’t get my reawards.

Last days even if i won many times spells like stereo bolt etc seems that i lose them without getting the reward . This is really annoying as i was on 1st place in fairy's dash competition and i have lost all the spells i should get. Also, i was supposed to get a stereo bolt today from daily's prize and still nothing.
Could you please look into this as there is no point of playing without rewards.

I opened the game on Dec 13th , to my surprise I got 2 chest with Stereo bolts but they are not showing up.
I opened the game this morning Dec 15th was suppose to get a Sparkling Blast but didn't get either.
I first photo is from the 13th, you can see no Stereo bolts, just one Sparkling blast from Trickies
lol and yes I' still stuck on 1312.
The second and third photos are from this morning, no Stereo bolts and just the one Sparkling Blast from the last Trickies event.

Thanks for posting and letting us know. It seems that we're having issues indeed with boosters on desktop and our team is investigating.
Could you please let me know what platform/device you're playing on and what reward you are missing (is it from chest, Tricksies or something else?).

Also, in order to be able to credit your items, I'll need you to give me your Game ID - Here's how to find it on mobile and if you're on desktop, here you go:

To find it, simply follow these steps from your computer:

- Go to your FB account, click on the arrow on the top right corner, then go to Settings

- Click on Apps and Websites from the menu on the left

- Click on Bubble Witch 3 - View and Edit

I'm playing on a desktop, Win 7, Chrome and FB Gameroom. My ID for Bubble Witch 3 Saga, which is 1821863618056342.
I'm missing/did not get 2 Stereo Bolts and 1 Sparkling Blast from the Daily Rewards. On Dec I got 2 chests (very surprised) with Stereos and Dec 15 Sparkling Blast.

So now it's 2 Stereo bolts and 3 Sparkling Blasts, I've not gotten

I play on desktop win 10, Firefox and FB, i think i miss 2 Sparkling Blast and 1 Stereo bolt. It was from the daily and the house improvement chest.

I'm playing on a Macbook pro desktop, running Mac OS Mohave, version 10.14.2. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari and the problem is the same on all three. My ID for Bubble Witch 3 Saga is 107701206652689.
The problem started on December 13. I'm missing/did not get 1 Stereo Bolt and 1 Sparkling Blast from the Daily Rewards. I am also missing 1 Sparkling Blast from the Fairy Dash. My medals also all reset to 50 even though I am on my third round with most of the medals so the rewards were quite high. I also lost my extra 5 life fire reward - it reset to 0. Hoping you can make the game work again and restore my rewards.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience - The Studio is looking into it but we don't know how long it will take to get a fix.

Therefore, I've added some Gold to your account as a compensation for the boosters. I hope that helps get back into the game for now.

The problem in bubblewitch 3 with boosters continues - and a couple of new problems have just come up. My ID for Bubble Witch 3 Saga is 107701206652689. My Star cat boosters only last for 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes. And just like with the other boosters, my lives from friends will not register. This is making playing more and more difficult. Hey @Hakya, we're sorry about the inconvenience, but as I said, we are working on it to fix these issues asap. However, these things can take some time as we need to do testing and investigation to be able to find the root cause. I will update as soon as I know more. But for now, there's nothing else I can do, beside the Gold Bars I've added to your account.
