Bouncee Bonanza event in BW3

Is anyone else having problems claiming the prizes for the Bouncee Bonanza event? Mine keeps saying "calculating results". It's been saying that for a couple of days now.

This is still in testing phase and that's why there were a few issues with it. Sorry about that! Did you enjoy it though, @mollieQ? Any extra feedback on it (apart from the reward not being added) is more than welcome

You are more than welcome @mollieQ I find Stella's lab hard and the library one as well. I usually end up using boosters to win more boosters. Do you like the tricksies? I enjoy that more when I am not the only one trying to complete it lol.

Hi @QueenMia, thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I really enjoyed the bouncee bonanza event. I enjoy playing all the events except I find a couple of them (spooky library), (stella's lab) are too difficult to complete. My game id is 10183093409.

Yes I am playing via wifi connection. I have tried switching as you suggested and it didn't help.

Are you playing via wifi connection? Could you try connecting to another network like a phone network? It rules out network issues

Hi again, I am playing from my android tablet. I have closed it completly from the background but I'm not sure what you mean by changing networks.

Ok, have you closed it completely from the background and tried changing networks? sometimes its because an event has finished and it hasn't registered. Are you playing on ios or android?
