Thanks for letting me know this. I've checked and there was an issue so the remaining Gold Bars are still in pending as the serve is not able to connect to your game.
Can you make sure you have the latest game app version installed and make sure it is connected to your Facebook account?
If all is up to date, can you confirm your Game ID?

Hi @QueenB I am very sorry but I am a technophobe and don't play through FB at all. I am on a pc using Windows 10 and BW3 was on my pc when I got it. Right now I can't even find my userID any more. I had it safely written on a piece of paper but I cleaned up my desk and now its gone!! Please can you remind me how to find my user ID so I can give it to you? I'm afraid I have no clue how to check my game version or connect to FB (maybe I should ask one of my grandkids - even the three-year-old is learning about coding now, but in this stupid lock-down I can't visit them.) Thanks.
