That's good to hear. A tip if you have to follow that process is after its done log out of the game and turn your device off and on that can most times restore your progress as long as you're game is saved before you do it 👍🙂
Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I deleted and reinstalled the game and that fixed it. I did lose the past few levels that I’d played, but not too bad.
@herbmat , it is up to you, but I deleted the app then put it back in. Signed in and it started me at Level 1. I then signed out and signed back in and I was then at the correct levels in the 800's. I will say though, it is possible when doing that, you might loose and extras that you might have. So up to you.
I closed the game and shut down my phone. Left it off for a long time before powering back on. When I opened BWS3 it is still not connecting. Is there something more I need to do to fully log off (right now I’m just using my phone’s home button to shut the game window.

Please Clean Cache Files Of Your Device log out from game and reboot the device and try to connect after some time.

UPDATE...I now have BWS3 on my phone. I decided what the heck, I deleted the game. Put the app back on my phone . It opened up after logging in at level 1 and I was on 830. I logged back out. And logged back in and it worked
