Data Connection issues
When I connect to King games thru wifi it works great, on my Note 9 phone when I play using cellular data it doesnt connect and on my tablet with Android 9 it will not connect using the 4g cellular data but will connect thru wifi. I've checked all the settings but can't figure it out. I have the app set to allow cellular data usage.

Sorry to hear about your Problem
Try these 3 steps-
✓Update your Game To Latest Version
✓Check your internet connection. If it's slow, Try switching to Wi-Fi.
✓If any of the above methods doesn't works, go in your phone's Settings and Press the following-
Settings>Apps/Application Manager/Apps & Notifications>Apps info/Apps>BWS3>Clear Cache/Storage>Clear Cache

I cant even tell what I'm looking at here. There's so much useless graphics and garbage on here I cant see if anyone has actually answered my post. My game doesn't conect to the Internet and if you have some actually technical advice that actually works I'd appreciate the help.

Yeah, that didn't fix anything. Why are recommending I switch to Wifi? If I had wifi I would be using it. I need the game to connect to the Internet thru my cellular connection. Every other Non-King game uses the cell service with no problem but the 2 King games I play will not connect thru the cell service.

HI @dlallen66, So sorry for your problem. It is so aggravating to not be able to play. It appears it is not a problem with the game itself. So from there, can I ask, why are you not connecting with WIFI on your Note and Android? Instead of using your data, can you try that? I would really like to know if that works. Will you please let me know if both connects using WIFI. If so, there is one little step of connectivity that is being missed.

What part of I DO NOT HAVE WIFI do you not understand?

If you dont have an actual solution to my issue please do not comment. I need actual help not stupid questions that dont fix my issue.

@dlallen66 I would suggest you contact your carrier because there is some little step that is missing then.
