Help, I am being inundated with comments and my inbox is seizing up.

Is there any way I can turn off the comments that come in all hours of the day and night? I need to use my email in box for medical and family posts that are important to me and I cannot find anything for all the people commenting on a Halloween post I left. I did not expect to be deluged with comments and do not know what to do to stop them. I may just have to delete my profile.

Please click on your avatar and edit your notifications. Uncheck all the unwanted emails and it will be done.
