    10 + 10 + 10 = 30

    7 + 7 + 10 = 24

    3 + 7 + 10 = 20

    3 + (7 x 7) = 3 + 49 = 52

    My answer is 70.

    Solution is:

    Billy Ghost is 10

    Wilbur is 7

    Stella is 3

    3 + 7 is 10 x 7 equals 70.
