While technical issues are very frustrating, the great news is that they are also generally quite easily fixed. Please follow the steps described on this page to fix any problems with our game app from Microsoft Store and let me know if the steps do not resolve your issue.
· Sign in to your Microsoft account
· Make sure Windows has the latest update: select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
· Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.
· Repair or reset the game app
· Run the troubleshooter: Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
I will try it but it doesn't answer my question while it happens only om owl levels
Hi @maf34100 , thanks for letting us know. I know you have alot of boosters, so please do not uninstall your game and then reinstall. You will loose them all.
Once you check things out and you find that it is still doing the same thing on the Owl levels, go back to them and let them know what is going on.🤗
