Lost all my saved boosters

I’ve recently started playing. Have barely used any boosters (in game, the round ones at the bottom), I’d been saving them. This morning they’ve all gone and it’s also started the snowflake thing again so I’ve lost my progress but it’s showing I’ve already received the rewards I’d earned so I can’t even earn those ones again.
does this happen often? Is it possible to be reimbursed?

Hi Welcome sorry to here that no your spells do not normally disappear unless you re install or change devices
To request reimbursement you would need to select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page add your ID and the reason for your request our team are very helpful
When you say the snow flake event i don't recognise that do you maybe mean the league's 💓

I hadn’t played in a long time, and decided to give it another try. I had to download on new devices, so I started at level one again. I had been playing on my iPad and decided to login so I could play on my phone when I’m out and about. When I did I lost all my boosters that I’d saved and the winter contest (I can’t remember what it’s called) disappeared. I was really enjoying both of those. Without them, I’m reminded why I stopped playing in the first place. I’m not enjoying playing nearly as much as I was, and I’m not sure I will continue.
