I reinstalled game because it froze. How do I get back to the level I was on? Don't want start over
Hi and welcome to the BW3 family. Sorry you are having a problem. Hopefully you had your progress saved. Please play Level 1 then log out of your game and let it set for a few seconds then log back in. You should then be on your correct level. If not try it again. Sometime it does not work the first time 💕

I'm on level 1700s and I have not been able to purchase items with fairy dust for a couple weeks. When I click on house it says congratulations your starcats are amazed .…I have over 60,000 dustdust
How do I get my game to update to new levels? I have completed 10540. For several days it has said new levels available. When I click the update button nothing happens. This occurs on all 3 of my devices.
