How do I retrieve my progress

I went from an android to an iPhone. When I added the app it has me start from the first level. Did I lose all of my progress ? Thanks

Please try checking for any pending updates then clear the game cache from your device settings then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two then log back in if they haven't returned Please play 1 level the log out and close down again

If you were originally saving your progress your levels will return
