Hi my friend yes the tree can be temperamental at times sorry you have experienced this it is just a case of logging out of your game and leaving your device off for a moment or two you may have to repeat this

Also please check you have no pending updates and a good Internet connection with at least 2gig of free memory

Also clear the game cache from your device settings

Hopefully the trouble shooting will clear this for you 💓

Turning off the device does not always work.

Hi my friend you are right it does not always work but the majority of time it does and I am sure that this was a blip yesterday and will appear again later as mine did the same yesterday 💓

Good to know. There are times when the game gets in a loop. It took at least half a day before it worked again.
