Hi. Your assistance is appreciated, but unfortunately hasn't worked. I followed your instructions, but just end up back to a game at level 2.
I came on to say I was having the issue as well, I found the update in Microsoft store and think all is ok now but will be back if it isn't. Thank you!
where did you find the update? Or how
Hi @PrettyBubbles after an update everything was restored except the Daily Play Streat which started at1. Anyway, I can live without it. Thank you and the studio for the fix.
I have the same problem as all the others on this thread. I was fully logged in, able to play on my Windows XP laptop and on Level 2400-something. In addition to the Debug menu, my profile had someone else's name (my ID is normally A.S.). Worried about my account information being compromised, I reset my password but now I can't log in at all and I'm back on Level 1 somehow.
Hi my friend could you please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may be able to restore your levels manually ๐

I updated the application via the Microsoft Store, my W10 is strictly up to date. I no longer have Debug Mode, but I cannot connect to my account, a message says that there is no connection, even though the connection is active and functional (the proof, I post a answer here)
