Hi,
I am playing bubble witch saga 3 for many years, being on level 7100+.
This morning, the app asked me to accept data privacy policy … and greeted me with a different name, having lost all my status etc.
It somehow also did not have my email address in the app anymore. After entering my credentials, the last level was ok, but everything else not.
Then I deleted the app data and cache on Android level. Same result.
FYI: Issue is the same on all my devices.
I immediately changed my PW, just in case.
Any guess what the issue may be ? Any server issue on King's side ?
In case needed I could send my user/email under which the status is safed.

Même chose... Avec un nouveau rofil.... Ai remis mon profil et j'ai tout retrouvé 👍🏻

Hi my friend we did have a known issue with this error which should now be fixed
Please select the 3 dashes bottom left of you start up screen you should see this
If you select profile then log out then try logging back in with your original information please don't post any personal information here in the community this is for your safety
If you see the tab connect instead of profile please follow the instructions
Hopefully this will bring you back all your progress accept your boosters
If it does not please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services they may have further instructions for you to follow also if you purchased any of your boosters they can check your account and reimburse you
Please add your game ID you can find this by selecting profile from the image above and tap on the word king at the top of the page

Just wrote an email to your support with reference to this thread. Can you kindly double check internally about this if the see my email ?
Hope that they can help me, as I have 8-9 years of history now lost, except level status.
