ANYONE ELSE STUCK ON LEVEL 3445 WITH THIS 1 RED 🦉 ?

For last three days I cannot move past level 3445 because of this one red owl that is off the board but it doesn't count towards all the other 🦉's 89. I've tried everything & I CAN'T get that 1. My screenshot even shows that Everything is Gone But on the Outside of the board is this 1 Red 🦉. SO I can't advance. Any ideas WHILE I Wait to hear back from Support

I've passed the level (Well Completed It Several Times) but it won't let me go to the next Level All because of this 1 Red🦉. So I'll give it a try. I just hope that it works because of it doesn't I'm just afraid that that will be the End of Me Playing Bubble Witch Saga 3 🥹😢😭😭. Thanks I'll IT a Try..

Sorry to hear you are having this issue

Please play any level you do not have to complete it then close everything down on your device and then leave it off for a moment or two

This should reset the board for you
