Second round of games just started and my game is jumping around so much I can't play….AGAIN!

I'm on windows 11 laptop, the pointer is working fine for all my other computer uses except in bubblewitch 3! I'm on level 7611 and that level is not showing up as usual in the middle of my playing screen…it's at the bottom of the screen and screen keeps jumping around so i can't click on it to play!

when I first opened game today I was able to click on my level, but then pointer wouldn't let me AIM to shoot balls. closed game, restarted my laptop, now it won't let me play 7611 because its below where I can reach with my pointer!!! I try and move screen to where 7611 is where i can reach it to play but it keeps going back down to where I can't reach it!! <I did manage to play a game, but the balls just shoot anywhere. I can aim but it shoots in another direction entirely.>

what's wrong now? Again, my pointer is working fine for all other uses, like typing, sending this message, opening my emails, every other function except playing this game today!

Please advise.

Hi my friend sorry you experiencing this issue

I had it my self yesterday I found once I cleared the game cache then logged out not just close down and left my device off for a couple of minutes it did clear

Can you please try those additional steps to what you have already tried 🎄💓

how do I clear the game cache in Windows 11 when my game is from Microsoft store? do you mean logging out of my laptop then logging back in?

Hi my friend here is how to clear the cache on windows 11 Clearing the cache removes temporary files, but it won't delete any downloaded files such as games or login credentials, or custom settings. 

Open Settings from the Start menu or by pressing Win+i 

Go to System > Storage 

Select Temporary files 

Select the content you want to remove the cache from

Select Remove file/files

Select Continue to start the deletion process 

Clearing the cache can help fix lots of issues on your device like games not downloading, the apps being stuck in offline mode, or game downloads or updates being stuck on a certain percentage.
