I'm having the same problem when I select my profile it says no connection, which I am, can this be fixed, I also get the same screen shot

Please go to the home screen before selecting play select the dashes bottom left

If it says connect please select it and follow the instructions

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
