Finished level 9999 multible times, can't access level 10000?

Let us know if you still can't see level 10000 after installing the latest version.

Yes unfortunately we have a known issue with level 10000
Chapter 502 has been released in today's update but unfortunately has not fixed the issue

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
