Update: I can't believe it - suddenly my Piggy Bank works. Next step is to collect all the gold bars I did not receive due to the glitch. Support said once the issue is resolved, they will give me the gold bars I missed out on
Hi @PrettyBubbles . I have had an issue with my Piggy Bank that I first reported to Support on June 6th. After many, many emails, Support has still not resolved.
On every Morgana level and the first level of the next card, I do not receive my gold bars. There is a very long email chain showing all my efforts asking for help. At one point they granted me gold bars which was a huge help. I was told not to purchase bars until they figure it out. Now they are saying they will no longer respond to me (see below).
Not receiving gold bars is a huge hindrance to my game. It forces me conserve the bars I have by purchasing through the store. As a result, I am using my boosters very quickly in order to complete levels.
You were kind enough to help me in past and I feel confident you will help me again. Thank you in advance.
