I'm stuck on 10940 level the game is not refreshing and the leo cup making me a problem

Stella_1 here. This is not an unusual problem as it happens quite often and unfortunately the Sego Support Team cannot fix it.
Leo's cup is a huge problem if you are playing it while advancing levels. There is only one option if that is the case:
You have to let the timer expire on Leo's cup to fix it.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
