Scroll of Fortune in Bubble Witch Sage3

Question

I am not happy I have been playing the new game Scroll of Fortune I reach the appropriate level I click on accept but I have noticed that I have not been receiving my rewards for number 5,6,7,8 in this game, can you please restore my reward that I have played for, this is becoming very frustrating I am beginning to not wanting to play these King games, please don’t tell me I have received them I know that I have not. Sure when I look it has a tick still no rewards.

Can you please make sure that I have received my rewards for Scroll of Fortune I tried logging off and back in again to see if this helps I think it did can you check and make sure thank you.
