Hi @Shernise_Newman We only reccomend reinstall as a last resort. Have you tried the usual trouble shooting. Checking for updates closing the game and turning your device off and on.

Did you also clear up the waiting time error you was getting (above) by following my advice.

I did all if the above and I still can not use stardust to refill lives.

Forget it must not be a fix for this error even though it says to can contact support.
