Again, you haven’t read my message properly. I stated that I play on iPad and mobile! And both have the same issue, no friends, no lives, no bonuses. I connect through king and NOT facebook

I am aware that some do not use Facebook I mention that in my update my update gives information for Facebook users and also for none Facebook users but either way you have to be playing BW2 only on a mobile.

I will step back from this discussion as there is no more information I can give you other than the update I already posted.

I can rejoin once I receive any further feedback regarding fixes for you 👍

It,s being a month neither receive nor send lives. And my bucket life os empty.

Nos can I fix the problema?

I went to my Google store to refresh the app but I don,t have the posibility to do It.

Just a suggestion - since we are unable to receive lives from friends at this time - is there some way lives can be replenished faster? During the first co-vid lockdown last spring, many King games had kindly given us unlimited lives for a period of time. Is there a chance that can be done again?

Hello JoJo 75 Somehow I have 2 different accounts one is Jojo 75 Durham the other is JoJo 75 I would like for them to be one and the same Can to two be combined into one.

Hi @JoJo75durham you cant have 2 separate accounts as one you must choose one and delete the other or continue to play them separately if you wish 👍🙂
