Bubble Witch 3 Saga will not connect to internet on any of my devices.

    I'm having the same issues. I've tried to reconnect and it's not working. I was on level 247 in Bubble Witch Saga and level 287 in Diamond Diary Saga all my hard work gone. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    Well I'm sorry you're having problems, but I feel better knowing that someone else is experiencing what I am. Mine quit working at level 2246. If you've been saving to your King account or Facebook your game is still there at the level where you lost the connection. The fact that mine won't work on two different devices makes me wonder about the game itself. But at this point who knows!?

    Hi Guys it seems you are all having different issues that may be device related.

    Can you tell me if you play BW2 or BW3 and are you all using Facebook. I will see if I can narrow it down to help you further โญ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you for your help. I use a Kindle Fire currant version 7.5.1 where Bubble Witch Saga 3 won't open at all and a Samsung Galaxy S8 where Bubble Witch Saga 3 won't connect. I save all games with my email account through King when I can play them.

    Hi, I'm frustrated, I can't access my profile, my photo doesn't appear and it starts me from the beginning, I already contacted technical support, I followed the steps I installed and uninstalled, I opened my old phone.

    I'm sorry I don't know where to find an id number. I'm able to play on my Surface but not on my Kindle Fire or Samsung G-8 phone.

    Hi if you select profile from the menu then at the top of the next page select the king icon this will reveal your ID ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚
