Connection Issue

I have uninstalled and then reloaded Bubble Witch 3 but still have no connection issue. Wifi and internet is working fine for everything else. How do I correct this issue?

Go to settings and check your permissions. But if you have done a fresh install, I would be confident that won't be the problem. Unfortunantly, I see this issue in a lot of other King games. It doesn't work for one particular game but everything else is perfect.

In the meantime please continue to log out and turn your device off and on it may just one time reset it for you. If it does before monday please let me know

For future reference please dont uninstall your game unless we have looked in to it and it's the last resort as you will loose boosters and sometimes your progress 👍⭐

Hi @dpetrsn if you select profile from your main menu then tap the word king this will reveal your ID 👍⭐
