Hello Witches and Wizards,
We are experiencing a temporary server issue that is affecting many of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stop the games to load properly.
Connection issues with your game account and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this. Our Help Center pages and Player Support contact form are also affected. Therefore you may experience loading issues when finding an article or contacting Player Support.
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

Im loosing all my rewards....its unfair.......i can't even buy anything.....this second time....

I lost all my rewards which had up to 30 in some of them. So played again and started to rebuild up my rewards to have them disappear again!!!! So angry. How can we get these back? It’s so hard to get them in the harder levels so I don’t even want to play anymore. 😤
Oh noooo...It's messing with my morning wake up routine...but I understand these things happen with technology. A lot of people are missing out on rewards and don't have the option to buy more bubbles if they run out before passing a level costing them a life. We're all in the same boat.
I've played bubble Witch 3 for years and rarely do these things happen. I can't imagine what it takes on the back end to keep this game running smoothly. Overall it's still the best bubble game out there IMO (the only game I play anymore). Unfortunately things happen. It will get fixed.
Last night my son's and I found out their dad has Liver Cancer and not much longer to live. Game problems are a small bump in the road. Yet frustrating none the less. Always look at the bigger picture. 😘
