Wake the Tree event. Flower tiles are not loading correctly - *Under investigation!*
Dear Witches and Wizards!
We are aware that some of you are having an issue with Bubble Witch 3 Saga in the Wake the Tree event.
The Flower tiles are not loading correctly or are causing the game to freeze, just like this.
If this is happening to your game, you will be happy to know that the Game Team are aware is currently investigating this issue.
We hope youโll be back Blasting Bubbles again soon ๐

Sorry to hear you are still having problems out team are actively working on this for you.
In the meantime try logging out and turning your device off and on periodically to help reset any fixes that are made.
I will also check for any further progress updates and post them here ๐โญ

I'm having a different issue. Since updating the app today every single time it asks if I want to watch an ad either for extra bubbles or a starter booster, it crashes the ap if I accept it. I've logged out and back in, i've cleared cache and cookies, switched off and on the device, but nothing is solving it. I've given up now, because after it crashed the game for the 5th consecutive time i decided to give up on the ads and extra help altogether ๐

There are no known issues regarding adds crashing at the moment other than some things are yet to be fixed after we had a connection issue across all games.
The team prioritised us with our chapters
Maybe this is still part of this fix as other than that we have not had reports other than yours
We will keep an eye on this one ๐โญ

Thanks @PrettyBubbles , just letting you know it's still happening, every attempt at accepting all ads is crashing the game completely.

I have another issue that started today, on mobile and tablet, so it's not an isolated incident.
Every few seconds the game freezes and stays like it for up to 5 seconds before unfreezing, then does it all over again. It's actually unplayable at the moment, and certainly not enjoyable.

Yes I have also been experiencing this but after closing and restarting my device it has corrected it maybe give it try and see how you get on โญ๐โโ๏ธ
