Right, the freezing within the game has stopped, but OMG so many other issues have started today. Fix one break ten ☹️
Personally, i think there are far too many things going on at the same time and it just can't handle it. All the different events within the game seems to be the cause of it. Strip it right back and just leave the wake the tree. Although getting it to accept that I've actually got the tile is another issue in itself, it just sits there doing nothing.
@DU123 Yes I was about to update you this morning about the freezing in game play so that's good news👍
The tree has been known to freeze periodically for a while now but does correct itself pretty quickly if you close then re open it.
Sometimes when you select a flower and it doesn't open it means another team member has selected it at the same time as you so you need to come out and go back to reset it I have had this lots of times
I am with you that it is annoying as I get it too.
But no we don't want our challenges removed 🙈
When you think of the vast amount of players connecting to different events sometimes all at once its not surprising we will experience some temporary freezing.
Also the studio could be working on some magic behind the scenes.👍⭐
It is good, re the freezing, but oh my goodness it's so frustrating trying to play right now. I've had all those issues with the tree before, and they lasted ages, but it righted itself a long time ago and has been great right up until yesterday.
I don't really want the challenges to be removed if it can be helped, but i do think there's too much going on at once and am just wondering if that's the problem here. Mind you, i'm the least techy person in the universe so i've no idea really 😂
Hi @DU123 maybe its just the acceptance that all online activities are not with out issues is the way to think as that's how the gaming industry is. The difference here is if we can fix an issue we will, we take all our players issues seriously and will always do our best to keep them happy 👍⭐

I wasn't sure where to post this, but here goes.
My game is saying 'no connection' so won't let any of the in-game extras work, but i'm obviously connected because i'm able to post here. My wifi signal/strength is also excellent, and i'm most definitely connected.

We did have a temporary connection issue last week but that was fixed I am not currently aware of it being an issue again.
Can you play your game is it just happening with the in game events and have you tried the logging out and restarting your device

I just tried it and it's still doing the same thing. I've cleared cache, turned the device off and on. Not tried logging out yet because i'm always worried i won't be able to log in again, which happened before :(
I can't even log out, it wont let me. Trying to access it through my profile but this is what i get...

Yes that message was popping up yesterday periodically as there was connection issues across most games. So you will need to close down your device if you can't access log out in your game
Although it is now fixed some were still experiencing problems and closing down and clearing cash was needed a few times to clear the problem

Problem on level 4728. No matter how many times i play it, it will not complete, it freezes at the end whether all owls are cleared or not. I have to close the app and restart it, but then playing that level again just does the same thing all over again 😭
