We are pleased to help you as best as we can but not if you are rude to us. This is against house rules
In answer to your quirey adds like lots if other features are not permanent and can come and go once the studio decides to do a reshuffle
This takes place occasionally as they are not rolled out to everyone at the same time so it enables others to enjoy the feature too 👍

Okay what part was considered “rude language???” I didn’t swear/curse/cuss.
I was literally asking a question and made a statement. As an avid game player of this game am I not allowed freedom of speech and inquire about negative changes and/or updates to the game? I have spent many years of my time, energy, and money playing this game and things keep changing for the worst instead of for the better. You legitimately have many users of this game requesting to change it all back to the way it was. I asked my question and made my statement in that manner for a specific reason: because I ALWAYS get ignored until I reword things. Again, I never used fowl language so I ask again; what part was considered “rude language?” This way of communication is allowing everyone to see everyone else’s conversations. THAT is what’s rude.

I find BWS3 a nice and challenging game. I dont like inactive players in team challenges.
Priority should be for every one to get boosters and hours for unlimited lives from the Wise Tree

Yes waiting for the tree when your team is inactive is frustrating but nevertheless it's a great feature 👍⭐

I was playing on my cell phone, when the information appeared that items were added to my account, but I don't know how to get these items. Could someone help me please?

Hi @Gisa77 When you see that message it will be after the items have already been added you don't need to do anything
They will have been gold bars or booster rewards added to your current quantities 👍⭐
