Hiii~! I made a Bubble Witch Saga 3 account which is connected to my Facebook account, but soon- afterwards, I made a new Bubble Witch Saga 3 account using my email, and decided not to use the account which is connected to my FB account. Now the question is- How will I disconnect that account from my Facebook account, and how will I delete all those information???

Hmm, no, deleting the app will not delete your account (email address). It's possible you may have connected your Facebook account to your King account.

Hi @poppcorn47 Welcome to the community its lovely to meet you
If you are using a pc then this is what you need to do
Go toΒ start menu, then click on theΒ control button.
In Control Panel, under programs, go through the list of the ones that are installed on your computer
Right-click on Bubble witch 3, and then click on uninstall a program
Follow the prompt on the screen, and you will get to see a progress bar that will take you to remove the Bubble witch 3 from the computer.
If you are using a mobile you can hold the app icon and then select uninstall from the options

If I uninstall the app, will the account which I made, be deleted along with all the information? And will it also be disconnected from my Facebook account? Thnx

Hmm, no, deleting the app will not delete your account (email address). It's possible you may have connected your Facebook account to your King account.

Hi @poppcorn47 Your Facebook account will just freeze out BW3 and remain in the hidden background so unless you actually go back and download it you won't even know it exists any longer so yes following my steps will work
If you still are able to get your BW3 ID the one linked to Facebook not your new one we may be able to delete that account in its entirety which will mean all information will be removed permanently πβ

Hi @poppcorn47 This is where it is difficult as you have opened a new account you may have them linked so you would need to check if your Facebook ID is different to your new account
When you first open the game before you select play you will see 3 dashes to the left of the screen select them then select profile or connect then tap on the word king at the top of the screen to reveal your ID
This is something that you don't really need to do as once you follow the uninstall instructions I gave you earlier the game will be removed and would only reappear if you download it again πβ
