When you open the event you should see this
Then you tap on a highlighted area and a level will open for you to play if you cant see these then please try logging out of your game not just closing it and turn your device off for a few minutes let's see if this resets it for you

I open the game and get this screen when I hit play. When I hit go it goes to another screen that has no touch points and I can only kill game and log out.
@PrettyBubbles I am not a fan of locked events since the players made unfair advantage. Also I love the hexagonal path design and the Penny's clothing and her frog on Penny. Some character animations look like mesmerising, which is Stella was my favourite character in the game.
So I never tryed to uninstall the game, so it may lose your boosters and its not a good strategy for me. I love the event but is not fair for the players who stuck in the event.

It's NOT enjoyable it's ridiculous. Si I am not allowed to play the game for 21 days......
I gave my opinion on this event in another thread but Iโll say it again here: I donโt like it and wonโt be playing BubbleWitch3 until this event is over. As with the vampire wedding the last time, I donโt like an event that is โlocked inโ until the event is over. These things should be a separate thing that you can click in and out of like when Andy the ghost is trapped in the library or my favorite, the Tricksies event. Those are separate things that you can play outside of following Stella on her BB3 path, if you choose to do so.
There is a comforting familiarity about the โregularโ BB3. I love BB3โs pretty music and the sound effects of one of the fairies singing or humming. Those are gone when an event like this is ongoing. Iโll be skipping BB3 and playing other games until this thing is over.

@CassD if you have a Win10 / Win11 device, install the app there. I had the experience at the last event that it only appears in the mobile app, but not on Win10 / Win11. So I played on Win10 / Win11 "Wake up the wise tree". When my team woke up the tree, I picked up and received the rewards in my mobile app. I hope it helps.
Oh no @CassD ๐ that's the problem with the tree if you don't complete a flower for some reason why It decides to do that I don't know but it's very annoying ๐ซ๐
