How do I get the bubbles working once I buy the 5? It only seems to happen on the HARD levels. I'm f

frustrated! 27 bars wasted. How do I finish my level when I can't use the bubbles? I think I'm owed gold bars back. I know if I reload the page I will lose my progress and I'm so close to finishing.

You just get the 5 moves and the number appears in the bubble as normal right? What do you see once you've purchased them?

It adds the 5 to the circle on the bottom but once I shoot the first bubble it won't load to shoot the second bubble (or any others) E.g. circle shows red then yellow bubbles. I shoot red but yellow won't load to shoot or show next colour. It just happened again last night so that is now 36 bars wasted
