Why is the Debug Menu on the BWS3 screens? - Fixed!
Here are some screenshots of what I received today
This is the starting screen with the new guy and a Debug Menu in the upper left corner. The Debug Menu is visible on every screen of the game.
This is my map and when I click the wise tree I get the No connection mrssage
I click on the debug menu and here are some screenshots and the leveltab shows that I am at level 5607 of chapter 282. When I click the tab general which also shows my ID number
The worst thing is that eventhough it is the right time to play the Wise Tree but I keep getting the No connection message.
Which means I CANNOT GET BOOSTERS AND TIME WITH UNLIMITED LIVES. Can you help with this?

There was a mistake from our side, and we are currently working on solving this issue, but I'm afraid it will take a few hours. You can still play on any other mobile device if possible, as this issue only affects the Windows platform!
We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused and that you will not be able to enjoy the events or make any purchases in the game.

Can someone help, I WILL check the FAQ's but wanted to post here as well. Started up my game just now on my PC and when it loaded, it had a circle up in the top left that says "debug menu". It won't connect to facebook, when I click on connect it says "no connection". Please don't tell me to reinstall if that means I'll lose all my boosters and such. That would kill me as I've spent tons of time trying to build them up. The game seems to work and connect fine on my tablet, what the heck has happened? I attached a screenshot of the start page. I did try restarting the PC with hopes it would clear up but nope!

This will be because you can no longer play using Facebook it is no longer supported
But don't worry you can still play using windows 10 or a mobile device not connected to Facebook
When you download the game onto one of the accepted platforms you will get an option to move your progress across from Facebook πβ

Can you play the Wise Tree?

Version 7.20.88.0. Windows 11. HP laptop. This is my screen when I opened the game tonight. Weird code across the bottom and a Debug option at the top right. It won't connect to the internet (though I can access this page and all my other apps without issue). I've got 4 golden tickets, but will lose this offer, and I can't even find my user ID but it won't recognise my internet connection. I don't want to lose my progress, so not prepared to uninstall at this point.
