If you are still having trouble, here is the video I published on youtube. Some notes:

Level 128

Clear All.

This is a Clear All Level.

There are 22 Bubbles to shoot with, and 269 Bubbles to clear. There are Red, Yellow and Blue bubbles.

This level has Spiderwebs, golem, duo bubbles, and a few Black Blocker bubble, as well as cloud bubbles. There a good number of Fairy bubbles, as well as a few arcane bubbles. Keep you eye on the top of the screen, and remember, you don't have to clear all bubbles, just clear enough to clear the Spider webbed bubbles. Also, you have to keep in ind the Golem, so you have to adjust your timing to hit them when they are open. Try to hit the arcane bubbles that the Golem are hiding, which will help clear your way. I used a lot of bank shots as a quicker way to the spider webbed bubbles. I hope this helps.
