When I receive the screen "Ask for help" it is always "0". There is no tab to send help to my friends.

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
