Stella's home upgrade rewards not recieved

I sent a message regarding this issue on Feb 15th and have not yet heard from Moderators. After upgrading Stella's home I have not received the following: Magic Beam on 2/14, Stereo Bolts on 2/15 and 2/17.

Thank you. I sent it through Contact Us, I believe. The site asked for specifics ie browser, how connected etc. Today I saw this site and others with the same issue so I posted here as well.
