How to get rid of friends shown on my app but aren't my friends on Facebook?

I have people on my friends list who I have no clue who they are? They are not even on my friends list on Facebook? How can I make them disappear?

Not really sure if you can but interested in knowing how this effect your game exactly? Isn't the ability to ask for help and send help to more people the better?

I never said it affected my game play! I just don't like how it added people that I don't even know and without my permission to do so. I want to be able to play the game with people I actually know and not a bunch of strangers.
