He just popped up out of nowhere. Also my house is done upgrading and it says fairies coming soon...?what does this mean?

Regarding the house upgrades, here at King we are always working hard to keep our games fun and exciting. This means that from time to time we may tweak certain levels or in game features. At the moment you can collect the Fairies every 10 hours, so if you try to collect them again before this time period you will see the message "the fairies are coming"

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
