Still missing friends, star dust and bonuses!

It's been over a week and I should have collected so much star dust, half my friends are gone and only a few have had any fairies in the past seven days!! When will this be fixed? A moderator replied to my first post with some questions which I answered, but I have seen no improvement nor have I recovered my friends, nor received an answer. So sad. I wish they would answer us so we know what's going on!

I haven't gotten any star dust from my friends either still in like a week... My home upgrades cost 2x 5k and 1x 10k at the moment. It's gonna take months like this!
