On lvl 142 I find myself with only 4 bubbles to pop the bubbles on the board. I have looked on you tube and seen the demo with 11 or 12. so I know this isnt right. what to do about this?

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
