Hi everyone, since this is all about contests, I am going to post this here instead of discussions.
So bring on your new ideas and lets see if I can make it happen 😀 I am open to suggestions 🤩
This is just something I am trying to figure out ~
This is what I am trying to come up with,, just have not figured it out as of yet. You know me, I love tournaments and so do you all .
Since we do not have PM's anymore, is there a way we can do a tournament anyway?
This is what I am thinking,
We have a few members that are always at the top with high scores.
What about I take those few members and make them Team captains, then we fill in will everyone else that wants to play? And no you can't pick your team, because we have some new players and I want everyone to have a chance.
There will be no way to talk privately, but could do something instead of a high score, do a low score or ascend your score ( low to high)
Thoughts ~ Suggestions ???

@johamilton that sounds like the team challenge we had some time ago.
It is fine for me but you have to manage it in a different way and avoid the various problems we had, e.g. looking for players to complete some teams, teams could not deploy their strategy due to lack of members, delays and overall long duration.
At the end of the team challenge I had sent you some thoughts for improving the team challenge.
An important question will be: how many teams and how many members/team.

You did @maf34100 , but that went away when the PM's were wiped out. Not sure how much strategy you would have because there is no way to talk to your team mates. I am trying to come up with a Halloween something and lots of things are swirling in my brain.
So it actually won't be like what we are use to, it is more of a fun thing for Halloween.

I like this contest idea, it's quite fun also. But the only things is to communicate among the team members is not possible thru PMs. My suggestion is we can imitate the fantastic five events from CCS, give the reward as booster once target is reach and give GBs to the fastest team. By the way, I'm not good at giving suggestions and that's all I can suggest.

Well as for the Team Comp, I’m in but like you said, I too don’t know how it can really work. I’m kinda confused about your “Team Captain” idea, but here’s what I think: As a mod, you can open up PMs for each of the teams, right? Why don’t you just do that? We can create the teams, and once teams are confirmed, you can create different PMs for the teams and close them once the comp is over. What do you think?
