Special Event won't go away

I have a dragon special event (follow Leila into some cave) that has been at 0h:0m:0s for over a month. It seems to be stuck. Based on experience, I should have had at least 1, likely 2 new special events since this one ended. Tried technical support and a day later, they keep directing me here. Posted same issue a week ago with no resolution.

Please delete the app and reinstall it afterwards.

I surrender to figuring this out. Posted the issue 2 times, and only applicable recommendation was to delete/ reinstall (which didn't work). Very disappointed in King Care.

Hello Guy,

If the quest icon is affecting your playing experience then I suggest to delete and reinstall the app, making sure of course that your progress is saved before doing so.

The quests are randomly generated and you can read more about this here:
