I'm not getting potions to upgrade the cats.

I'm not getting potions to upgrade the cats. Are you supposed to get one each time you unlock a home item? It was so at the beginning but they stopped coming now. I'm 3/5 on the last cat and I've been trough several upgrades without getting any.

Hi Meli!
Which version of the game do you have installed?
I suggest you start by checking for updates to the game on iTunes or Google Play.
If the problem is still there then you should consider a re-install of the game:
1) Make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars. Your boosters and messages will get lost when re-installing so please take that into consideration)
2) Un-install the app
3) Reboot your phone or tablet
4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Google Play or iTunes and click on 'install'
5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.
6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars.

I play on facebook (browser based) iOS and Android - all linked via facebook. Mobile regularly updated and browser cache wiped daily, so it's not an update issue.I have several unused boosters on all three platforms so definitely do not like the re-install procedure. I'd rather have the game fixed remotely.I have to say while the mobile ones behave normally apart from the cats not updating, the facebook app does not work well at all:- each time it reloads it's like you're loading it for the very first time (Flynn instructions etc), -it does not save quest progress (either you finish them in the same session or the next time l reload it will have the very same 3 new quests (pass current level, revamp home and burst 15 with Nero)- It does save main game level, but side game as dragon cave will restart from scratch after each reload- Ghosts also, 3 new ones at each reload independently of having found any in previous session. For the Facebook game is this so for everybody?
