Bubble Witch 3, Game keeps freezing

Hi,

what to do when Bubble Witch 3 keeps freezing in Level 476? We did anything to solve this, uninstalled, deleted local files on the Galaxy S7 etc etc...

The game does not accept any inputs like switching bubbles or open menu, neither shoot a bubble.

I have the issue in-browser. Sometimes make it through, sometimes don't. Very frustrating to keep wasting lives
