How do I restart bubble witch saga 3???

Hello Pretty Bubbles,
I'm using Android on my mobile device.After you guys deleted my old King Account I downloaded BW3 from Google Play Store. I picked a new Player's Name( Aquarella) with a yahoo email account and not gmail like the old account. Up to today it still says"you need to confirm your email address. Click here to resend the confirmation email".
When I click that link it says to check my Inbox fur further Details. But since 3 days my Yahoo Mail Inbox plus Spam Folder is empty and I can't complete the Verification Process for further details. I can only log on here in this Player Section. I can't play BW3 since then. It starts over at level 1 if I close the game. 😟

Hi @Aquarella I suggest that you use the contact us tab at the bottom of this page then explain your issue also explain you can not access your ID and leave your email address
They should be able to find you with your email as here we need your ID to access your account
